Stuart was able to focus mind, body and spirit to not only achieve his black belt in Tae Kwon Do, he went on to compete in the Queensland State Championships winning silver and gold medals in individual and teams divisions. As a Half Marathon runner, rock climber, swimmer, adventurer and sports enthusiast.
